Fix OTP input truncation for formatted paste (#42953)

* Add failing test when pasting into OTP input

* Fix OTP input pasting being truncated

* Reduce bundle size, test for disposing paste listener

* fix(otp-input): preserve native paste behavior

Pasting a formatted OTP avoids maxlength truncation, but the custom
handler replaces the complete value for every paste and changes readonly
fields.

Insert partial codes into the selected range, replace the existing value
only for complete codes, and leave readonly or empty pastes unchanged.
Update the paste tests to emulate native maxlength insertion.

* perf(otp-input): reduce paste handler bundle size

The paste behavior fix pushes the unminified bundle above its size limit.
Reuse mutable selection bounds instead of repeated conditional expressions
to preserve the behavior with less generated code.
