* Close plain navbar drawers on resize past expand

The resize handler only matched responsive `.{bp}:drawer` classes, so
navbar drawers using plain `.drawer` stayed open after expand and kept
overlay styles. Widen the selector and cover it with a unit test.

* fix(drawer): track navbar container resizing

Change an open navbar's width without resizing the viewport: its drawer
can expand inline while the native dialog stays open.

Observe the containing navbar and close the drawer after its computed
position becomes static. Limit resize scans to valid drawer classes so
unrelated dialogs stay open.

* chore(bundlewatch): raise the bundle size limit

The drawer resize observer raises the compressed unminified bundle above
its current limit. Increase that limit by 0.25 kB to cover the change.
