refactor(drivers): derive savepoint names from atomic operation results in sql and sqlx (#180)

* fix(drivers): compute savepoint identifiers directly from atomic operation results

* fix: replaced fmt.sprintf to reduce heap allocations

* refactor(drivers): remove unused Transaction.id in sql and sqlx

id() lost its last callers once incrementID/decrementID started building
the name from the atomic.AddInt64 result. Also end the test comment with
a period (godot).
