fix(frontend): Always show project name in browser tab title DEV-2930 (#7606)

### 📣 Summary
Fix browser tab titles on project pages so they consistently include the
project name and current section, making tabs easier to identify across
project views.

### 📖 Description
This change updates the browser tab titles for project-related routes so
they consistently include the project name and the relevant section,
instead of showing generic or incomplete titles.

Examples:
- `Project Name | Form | KoboToolbox`
- `Project Name | Settings | General | KoboToolbox`
- `Project Name | Data | Table | KoboToolbox`

The fix covers the project landing, settings, data, report, downloads,
and other sub-routes where the tab title was previously missing or
inconsistent.

### 💭 Notes
- The legacy iframe fallback is still left unchanged because it is a
dead route and already marked for removal.
- Titles are localized using the existing `t(...)` helper, so they
follow the app’s i18n conventions.
- This intentionally keeps project titles consistent with the current
route labels already used throughout the app.
