Add interactive REPL mode

Running `excalc`/`calc` with no expression while stdin is a terminal now
starts an interactive read-eval-print loop instead of just printing usage:

- Variables assigned with `name := expr` persist across lines for the
  rest of the session (via a shared eval::Context, exposed as
  evaluate_value_with_context).
- Line editing and in-session history via rustyline.
- Built-in commands: `help` (usage), `about` (version/author/license),
  `vars` (list currently assigned variables), `exit`/`quit`/Ctrl-D (leave).
- The REPL core (`process_line`/`LineOutcome` in src/repl.rs) is a pure,
  TTY-free function with its own unit tests; `run()` wraps it with the
  actual rustyline-driven I/O loop.

Also:
- Added `default-run = "excalc"` to Cargo.toml so `cargo run -- "expr"`
  works again now that the crate has multiple `[[bin]]` targets (this was
  already broken before the REPL work; fixed since it's a natural
  companion to actually running the binary during development).
- Updated README.md, port/DESIGN.md, and CHANGELOG.md to document the REPL.
- Updated OTHERS.md's comparison against other CLI calculators: excalc-rs
  no longer lacks a REPL, though it still doesn't have tab completion or
  history persisted across restarts like Numbat/Insect/Qalculate!.
