test(typegen): ignore the package version when comparing parity goldens (#1879)

Every release PR fails the \`supabase_typegen\` job (for example #1878)
because the generated header embeds the package version (\`// Generated
by supabase_typegen 0.3.0 ...\`). The release bumps
\`lib/src/version.dart\`, so the binary output no longer matches the
checked-in goldens in \`test/introspection/parity_test.dart\`.

\`test/dart_generator_test.dart\` already replaces the header version
with a placeholder before comparing. This applies the same normalization
to the parity test.

Verified by bumping the version to 0.4.0 locally and running the parity
suite against a fresh \`postgres:15\`, which passes.
