feat(typegen)!: convert array elements the way their scalar columns are converted (#1876)

## Summary

Array columns of `date`, `time`, `interval`, `timestamp`, enum, range
and `bytea` elements generated `List<String>` and left the elements in
their wire representation, a documented limitation. They now generate a
`List` of the element's Dart type, `List<PostgrestDate>`, `List<Mood>`,
`List<PostgrestRange<int>>`, `List<Uint8List>` and so on, converted with
the same code the scalar columns use.

Stacked on #1875, which adds the value types the date, time and interval
elements convert to.

Fixes https://linear.app/supabase/issue/SDK-1929

## Changes

- **supabase_typegen**: the generator holds a binding for the element of
every array column and derives the read and write expressions of scalars
and elements from the same two conversion tables, so an element cannot
drift from its scalar. Rows map the decoded JSON list through the
element's parser; insert and update types render each element back. The
floating point array special case falls out of the same table.
- **supabase_typegen**: the parser keeps the enum kind of enum array
elements and the bound kind of range array elements, both of which it
used to drop.
- Column tokens carry the element type, `PostgrestColumn<Row,
List<PostgrestDate>>`, so `contains`, `containedBy` and `overlaps` take
typed elements. The filter renderer already rendered every element type
inside an array literal, so no runtime change was needed.
- pgvector array elements stay wire strings on purpose: a `List<double>`
element cannot be told from a nested array when a filter is rendered.
The README limitation now says only that.
- **Fixtures**: the hostile fixture gains enum, `int4range`, `tsrange`
and `timestamptz` arrays next to its existing `date[]` and `bytea[]`;
`hostile_schema.dart` is regenerated and proves the generated code
analyzes.
