fix(ci): drop the stale config-file input from the CodeQL workflow

852536f added config-file: ./.github/codeql/codeql-config.yml together with the config file; 857436a removed the config file (paths-ignore is ineffective for Go: the autobuilder runs the extractor per module) but left the input in place, so the CodeQL job failed with 'The configuration file ... does not exist'. The input is gone now and the workflow is back to its original shape.
