fix(bench): stop reflecting the path parameter in the chi/gorilla fixtures

The CodeQL reflected-XSS alert stayed open after the previous attempt. The
`paths-ignore: _benchmarks/**` config became
`LGTM_INDEX_FILTERS=exclude:_benchmarks/`, but the Go autobuilder runs the
extractor per module (cwd `_benchmarks`), so the pattern never matched and those
files were extracted anyway (visible in the CodeQL run log). The config file and
the workflow hook are reverted rather than left as dead configuration.

Instead, the two flagged fixtures no longer reflect request data: the parameter is
still read (so the router's extraction stays in the measurement) but the response
body is a constant. Escaping the value was the alternative, rejected because it
would add per-request work to only two of the compared routers.

The previous commit's examples fix already removed the third flow (`Context.URL`
through `_examples/serve`), so alert #15 should close on the next analysis.
