chore: add native coverage reporting and improve docs links (#1151)

## Summary

- publish default-workspace and UI-feature Rust line coverage to
Coveralls on native changes
- add release, build, coverage, and documentation badges and link the
documentation from GitHub and npm metadata
- delete the obsolete zeroshot-rust-target GHCR package, which now
returns 404
- keep coverage advisory and protect the workflow and npm documentation
link with repository contract tests

## Validation

- native line coverage: 88.91% across 64,128 executable lines
- both default workspace and zeroshot UI-feature coverage test passes
- npm test (64 passing)
- npm run lint
- npm run distribution:check
- Prettier check
- actionlint .github/workflows/coverage.yml
- Opcore Zero staged and origin/main branch gates
