[-] log metrics not supported by the source version at debug level, closes #1567 (#1569)

Metrics that define SQL only for newer server versions (e.g.
`autovacuum_scores`, `recovery`, `stat_lock` on PG <= 18) produced a
"no SQL found for metric version" warning on every interval. This is
expected, so log it at debug level instead. The warning is kept for
metrics with no SQL at all, and now includes the metric name.
