feat: index the profiles that wear a collections-v2 item

The marketplace server's co-wear rebuild reads every profile to find
the ~2% that wear a marketplace item, and 16 of its 20 seconds go to
unpacking the wearables of the other 98%. A partial index over the
profiles whose wearables mention collections-v2 lets it read only
those, and it grows with collectors rather than with every new
account.

Built concurrently outside a transaction so profiles stay writable,
dropping any invalid index a failed build left behind first.
