mdm: The bulk license assignment sends each device one time

DEPDevice is unique on the virtual server and the serial number, and a device
removed from a virtual server keeps its row, with the deleted operation type.
So a device can have a row in more than one virtual server. When two of these
servers were selected, the query returned the serial number two times, next to
each other because of the default ordering, so the two were in the same
request. Apple rejects a request with a duplicate serial number, and no device
of the request got a license. The removed devices also got a license.

The query excludes the deleted rows now, like
DEPVirtualServer.assigned_devices, and returns each serial number one time. It
orders on the serial number only: the default ordering of the model also sorts
on the name of the virtual server, which adds the column to the SELECT DISTINCT
and keeps the duplicates.
