Pull #135

feat: add item co-occurrence view

Adds an item_co_occurrence view over profiles: for every item, the
items most often worn with it by profiles deployed in the last 90 days.
It is meant to be read by the marketplace server through postgres_fdw,
so the aggregation runs here and only the capped result crosses over.

- base wearables are excluded in both the urn and the legacy
  dcl://base-avatars formats
- collections-v2 token ids are stripped so every copy counts as one item
- pairs need at least 5 profiles, and each item keeps its top 50
partners ranked by cosine; n_ab, n_a, n_b and lift are kept so the
scoring can change without touching the pipeline
