test: convert the suite to Pest 5 (#57)

194 tests (unchanged); coverage identical line for line. The tests defining `UNITY_KILL`/`PRODUCTION` must run in a separate process, which Pest refuses, so `StatusDashboardKilledTest` stays a PHPUnit class and the new `UnityControlPageKilledTest` holds the three split out of `UnityControlPageExtraTest`. `tests/bootstrap.php` defines `PHPUNIT_COMPOSER_INSTALL`. `LogLevelTest` uses `MockeryPHPUnitIntegration`.

composer test now runs pest; bare phpunit cannot load closure-based files.
