Add spatial_spread_um and slowness_s_per_m waveform features (#125)

* Add spatial_spread_um and slowness_s_per_m waveform features (#123)

spatial_spread_um: wires the now-fixed ibldsp.waveforms.compute_spatial_spread
into spikes()'s per-spike/per-channel pipeline.

slowness_s_per_m: new compute_slowness(), a signed axial slowness from a
weighted linear fit of per-channel cross-correlation pick time (sub-sample,
parabolic-interpolated) vs distance from the peak channel. Reports slowness
rather than velocity since velocity blows up whenever the fit's slope is near
zero. A lateral (across-shank) component was tried and dropped: on a
single-shank NP1.0 probe the local neighbourhood's short lateral extent makes
that estimate noise-dominated rather than a real signal.

Both fields are nullable (too few usable channels), added to
ModelSpikeSharedFeatures, and both remap_waveform_shape_features and its
_volume counterpart treat them as all-NaN when altogether absent from older,
pre-#123 input data rather than raising.

Bumps the ibl-neuropixel floor to >=1.12.1 for the compute_spatial_spread fix.

* Use ibldsp.waveforms.compute_slowness instead of a local copy

compute_slowness moved to int-brain-lab/ibl-neuropixel#94: it's a
generic, ephys-atlas-independent multi-channel waveform utility with
the same arr/df/channel_geometry calling convention as
compute_spatial_spread, so it belongs alongside it rather than
duplicated here. Drops the deterministic ground-truth test too (now
covered in ibl-neuropixel); ibleatools keeps the wiring-level coverage
(TestWaveformFeatures::test_ap, TestRemapWaveformShapeFeatures).

Bumps the ibl-neuropixel floor to >=1.13.0.
