fix(menu): reset mobile drill-down when containing tray closes (#6750)

* fix(menu): reset mobile drill-down when containing tray/overlay closes

The mobile drill-down stack was only cleared on disconnectedCallback or
when mobile-view was turned off. A dismissed tray stays connected, so the
drilled-into submenu persisted and reopening the tray showed the stale
submenu instead of the top-level menu.

While drilled into a submenu, listen for the containing sp-tray/sp-overlay
close event and reset the stack on dismiss. The listener is scoped to the
drill-down lifecycle and removed once the stack empties. Desktop flyout
submenus are unaffected.

Also update the mobileView story to reflect real close behavior (no forced
reopen) so the regression is visible in the published docs.
