* test: drive three wall-clock timer tests on fake clocks

- ispending-memo-unstamped-hold-3457: the +5/+60 checkpoints as fake-time steps
- attribution-waterfall-eval: expectSerialized tests on a fake clock that also
  covers performance.now() (the engine's clock), so the observed window and the
  flight stamps agree exactly
- createProjection.async 'derive continuation can READ its own draft': stepwise
  fake ticks; Node ran the already-due 30ms wait before the microtask that
  created the second 2ms tick on a stalled runner

* test: sample the #3459 Loading-reset scenario on a fake clock

Same shape as the other three: a real 200ms flight sampled every 25ms of wall
time, asserting the frame still showing at each sample.
