DOC: publish the agent skill from the documentation site

The site now publishes the skill at the paths the great-docs agent-skills
standard specifies, so any tool following that standard can install it from the
site address alone: .well-known/agent-skills/scinexus/ for SKILL.md and its
companion files, .well-known/agent-skills/index.json for discovery, and both
skill.md and .well-known/skills/default/SKILL.md for the single-skill case, the
second being the older path a consumer may still probe. npx skills add is then
enough, and the page also documents fetching the files with curl, since they
are plain markdown at a fixed address.

scripts/publish_skills.py does the copying, because zensical will not: a
docs/.well-known directory is dropped from the build, verified by putting one
there and finding no site/.well-known afterwards. The same hidden-directory
problem bites again at upload-artifact, which excludes hidden files by default
and would have shipped an artifact Read the Docs serves as 404s, so that step
now passes include-hidden-files. The docs workflow also rebuilds on skills/**.
Both of those are silent failures, so a test reads the workflow and asserts all
three are still there.
