* fix(kok): render Konkani in Devanagari and add the suppletive ordinals

lang_KOK.py spelled every numeral in Latin transliteration (ek, don,
chalis, xambhar). Devanagari is Konkani's official script - the one
named in the Goa Official Language Act and used by the Sahitya Akademi
standard - and every sibling Indic module in this crate already emits
its own script. Rewrites ONES, TENS, zero, hundred, thousand, million,
the negative prefix, the decimal point, the connector and the three
CURRENCY_FORMS entries.

The ordinal marker was already the real Konkani one, so 5, 7, 8 and 10
came out right. 1-4 are suppletive (poilo, dusro, tisro, chouto) and 6
and 9 contract (sovvo, novvo), so those six were non-words. Adds the
1-10 table; from 11 up only the script changed.

million was spelled 'dosh lakh' - 'dosh' has no Konkani reading, so it
is written with the module's own word for ten, keeping the 'ten lakh'
the header documents.

Composition rules, the mixed connector joints, the 10^9 cliff and the
currency fallback are untouched. verify_ordinal is still not called.

Adds tests/lang/test_kok.py (9 tests) and updates the kok entry in
test_new_26_languages.py.

* docs(kok): clean search-and-replace artefacts left by the Devanagari conversion

- expect() message: "single decimal चार" -> "single decimal char" (the
  word "char" had been rewritten as the numeral four).
- Doc examples now show what the module renders: शून्यवो instead of
  the half-converted "xunyavo", and the वो suffix instead of Latin "vo"
  on "1000000000वो", "रीण एकवो", "-1वो", "-0.0वो", "5.00वो", "1e+16वो".

No behaviour change. References to upstream's `+ "vo"` and the quoted
Latin transliteration source are intentionally left as they are.
