fix: DAL-295 validate MySQL values before checkpoint publication (#317)

* fix: reject invalid MySQL values before checkpoint publication

Restore per-cell validation before staging and prepared recovery so deterministic conversion errors cannot poison the durable checkpoint. Preserve incremental IPC encoding and cover atomic rejection plus real MySQL runner recovery from the prior checkpoint.

Reconcile the MySQL guide with DAL-295 so users know which conversion errors fail before checkpoint publication and how corrected replayable input resumes from valid state. Record the recovery behavior change while retaining the database commit ordering and existing-manifest limitations.

* fix: validate MySQL text and binary values without copying

Borrow Arrow text and binary payloads during staging and prepared recovery, retaining the shared downcast checks and all existing conversion validation for other types. Only database writes need owned byte values.

Add an allocation regression for large nullable payloads and empty batches, plus direct rejection of a checksummed invalid recovery segment before database I/O.
