* refactor: deduplicate symbolic lowering walkers and helpers

Digest-keyed visited sets end exponential re-traversal of shared
subtrees in _walk_nodes, _contains_stateful_primitive, and
_is_single_stage. _check_stateful_lowering computes the rolling and
cross-section needs walks once each instead of three times. _Analyzer
declares _bindings and _runtime as explicit fields instead of
post-construction injection. One _port/_table_port pair next to
_field_json replaces six inline port literals, a _wire_upstream/_edge
pair collapses the _lower_program edge ladder, and _EVENT_WINDOW_OPS in
nodes.py replaces four redeclared window op-name sets. Stream event-time
validation compares vectorized pyarrow.compute slices and keeps the row
loop only on the rejection path, and collect/stream share input-name and
single-input-mapping validation with _collect now validating options
like the async paths.

* refactor: keep analyzer and late-output complexity flat

CI's complexity ratchet failed on two spots added by the previous commit:
_Analyzer.__init__ grew to six args (PLR0913) and _is_single_stage's
visited-set walker pushed cyclomatic complexity past ten (C901).

Drop the runtime constructor kwarg back to a typed _runtime attribute
declared with default None and assigned by _run after construction, and
extract the per-child visit body into module-level
_collect_stage_primitives. Behavior is unchanged; the complexity gate,
ruff, and the focused symbolic/stream/compute/sql tests all pass.
