Don't fail the build when the Coveralls upload fails (#84)

coverallsapp/github-action's own coverage-reporter installer failed to
download its checksums file from GitHub Releases (fetched an HTML error
page instead) on the merge of #83, unrelated to anything in that PR - the
actual test suite passed. That single step failing skipped every step
after it in the job, including the client e2e tests and release
packaging, over a reporting-only integration going down.
