test: delete the orphaned index.test.ts snapshot file (#2073)

master's CI has been failing since #2070 with

  Snapshots  11 obsolete
    ↳ src/__tests__/index.test.ts

#2070 removed the findDeclaration/getScope tests along with the API they
covered, but left their snapshot entries behind. Vitest treats an
orphaned snapshot as a failure under CI, so `yarn test-coverage` exits 1
while every one of the 4,249 tests passes — which is why it was invisible
locally, where obsolete snapshots are only reported.

index.test.ts no longer calls toMatchSnapshot at all, so the entire file
is orphaned rather than just the eleven entries vitest attributed. It is
deleted outright instead of pruned, which is also why `-u` alone was not
enough: it removed eleven and left ten it could not attribute.

My oversight on #2070: I verified the deploy workflow after that merge
but never checked nodejs.yml, so master has been red for four merges.

Verified with the exact CI invocation, `CI=true yarn test-coverage`,
which now exits 0.
