test(view): cover the pagination implementations (#1853)

The package sat at 68.3% with the coverage filter applied. The keyset
pagination was partly covered; the degenerate paginations in none.go had
no tests at all, and offset.go's navigation was untested.

Covers none.go in full: Empty stays empty however it is navigated, None
yields Empty in either direction since there is no second page, both
round-trip through Serialize, and neither is equal to the other or to a
pagination of another type.

Covers offset.go's navigation table-driven over Next, Prev, GoForward,
GoBack, GoToPage and GoToOffset, including the boundary where going back
past the first page degrades to the empty pagination rather than a
negative offset, and the constructor's guards.

Covers the remaining branches in keyset.go: the panic when a field is
read as the wrong type, both constructors' rejection of an unexported
field name, KeysetWithId, the offset and page size guards, the panic for
a key type that is neither int nor string, GoToPage, and the negative
offset -- which is an error here rather than the empty page offset.go
returns. Also covers buildPage through NewPage for the paginations that
carry no cursor.

The package is now at 95.2%. What remains is a single branch in each of
KeysetFromRaw, nilElement, NewPage and newKeysetTypedPage.
