tst_mainwindow: wait for the palette change instead of one processEvents() (#1870)

fieldFrameBorderFollowsRuntimePaletteChange failed on Windows CI twice
(#1866 blind, #1869 with the report visible: "stylesheet still: "):
PaletteChange reaches the window through the event loop and one
processEvents() is not always enough there, and the frame pointer taken
before the change need not be the frame that carries the colour after it.
The test now waits up to three seconds for any field frame to carry the
palette's mid colour.
