* Align RT-1.26 Basic Static Route test with README and implement missing

* Update the functionalities for t.Cleanup(), fixed the code syntax formatting

* Made changes as per Gemini_code-assist sujession, for sesiosessionn cleanup

* Updated multiple test scenarios (testStaticRouteAddRemove, testCrossAddressFamilyNextHops, testOverlappingPrefixesLPM, and testRouteResolutionLoop) to replace defer block cleanups with t.Cleanup()

* Fixing RT-1.26.9 fptest error, AS we dont not need active ISIS backup route, because we need 100% traffic lose on static route removal

* Fixed Nokia device default interface and sub-interface deviation in go code and metadata.txtproto file

* Fixed Nokia device default interface and sub-interface in configDut function go file

* Fix added to basic_static_route_support_test.go  for stop dispaching empty vrf paylod, for device skip natively VRF association
