Re-encryption: symlinks are not entries (#1848)

recoverReencryptLeftovers() renamed whatever sat under X.gpg.reencrypt.bak
into place; a symlink there became the entry, and the run then decrypted
and re-encrypted its target, inside the store or not. Only a regular file
is restored now; anything else is reported and the run stops. The
enumeration of entries excludes symlinks (and does not descend into
symlinked directories), tells the user how many it skipped, and a stale
temporary that is a symlink is unlinked rather than followed.
