Reject malformed bytes after chunk sizes, including the terminating chunk. Parse extension names, token and quoted values, and permitted whitespace through CRLF.

Cover malformed and valid extensions with whole-response and bytewise delivery, and preserve the existing chunk-size and buffering limits.
