Describe the bow benchmark presets more precisely

Searching the network for an item walks its index, which holds one entry
per distinct item type, not one per slot. The cost that the deep preset
adds over the shallow one is the walk over the network as a whole, which
happens both when looking for an arrow and when putting back what was not
consumed.
