Label proteoform groups with oncoref's preferred symbol, not the members list (#164)

personalize reported identical-protein CTA groups by their raw sorted
members label (CTAG1A/CTAG1B, XAGE1A/XAGE1B, SSX2/SSX2B). oncoref
already defines the name that should survive a collapse --
proteoform_symbol(): a curated alias where one exists (CTAG1A/CTAG1B ->
NY-ESO-1), else the prefix-contracted members (XAGE1A/XAGE1B ->
XAGE1A/B) -- and nothing in tsarina was calling it.

Now personalize's `source` column shows NY-ESO-1, XAGE1A/B, SSX2/B.
Membership still comes from proteoform_symbol_map and the name from
proteoform_symbol, so neither is restated here and tsarina can't drift
from the canonical naming.

Bumps 1.30.0 -> 1.30.1.
