Round the out-of-range numbers per XSD in the XML (#726)

A literal too large for a `xs:double` is not an error. XSD maps it to
an infinity, which is in the value space of the type, and one too small
to zero:

    Set nV to floatingPointRound(nV, 53, -1074, 971) when nV is not
    zero. (floatingPointRound may nonetheless return zero, or INF
    or -INF.)

See: https://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema11-2/#double

Go refused `1e400` none the less. `strconv.ParseFloat` hands back
the correctly rounded infinity *together* with `strconv.ErrRange`, and
the generated code treated every error as fatal.

C++ refused `1e400` and `1e-400` both, as `std::stod` throws
`std::out_of_range` at either end.

Python accepted a `xs:long` of any size at all, as an `int` is unbounded
there, and so read `99999999999999999999999999` without a murmur.

Java, TypeScript and C# needed nothing: all four of their out-of-range
cases were already right.

We handle now all these cases to have uniform behavior.
