## Description

This diff adds richer input support to `web_connectivity` and
`web_connectivity@v0.5` experiments. We still keep an empty config for
web connectivity right now, which will be extended in the future to
include all configurable options we want to introduce in wc and wc0.5
(since the config there is quite minimal as well).

Coverage Stats

127 of 131 new or added lines in 8 files covered. (96.95%)

11 existing lines in 2 files now uncovered.

29063 of 40819 relevant lines covered (71.2%)
