feat: wrap the member repository in Unity's member cache (#77)

Registers TsmlMemberRepository inside Unity's CachingMemberRepository
whenever the container has a Cache to wrap it with, and hooks
MemberCacheInvalidator on unity/loaded so a member edited anywhere drops
out of that cache.

Building a member is ~25 get_field() calls through ACF, and the reads
outnumber the writes heavily: Fellowship's /directory route rebuilds
every member each time somebody opens Compose in the Link app.

Both guards are deliberate. Without a Cache registered the bare
repository is used, because a wrapper over a cache that never persists
can only ever miss; and class_exists() keeps a site on an older Unity
degrading rather than fatalling, which is the same call the
PasswordCredentialRepository block already makes.

The invalidator runs on unity/loaded rather than unity/register_services
because it has to resolve the repository, and resolving during
registration would build it before the container is finished.
