Reject non-finite floats in the Go JSON (#714)

JSON knows neither an infinity nor a not-a-number. Up to now the Go
jsonization forwarded a float unconverted, leaving it to the caller's
`json.Marshal` to fail -- much later, with no path to the culprit, and
only if the caller marshals at all.

We add `float64ToJsonable`, which refuses a non-finite value through
the `SerializationError` of this package, exactly as `int64ToJsonable`
refuses an integer outside the range representable in JSON.
