Install the AppStream metainfo under its component id (#1804)

* Install the AppStream metainfo under its component id

qtpass.appdata.xml becomes org.qtpass.QtPass.metainfo.xml, the name the
AppStream spec derives from <id>, so validate-tree (and appimagetool,
when appstreamcli is installed) stop flagging metainfo-filename-cid-
mismatch. main.pro installs it under the new name; the RPM spec, the
REUSE annotation, the two workflow path filters, the releasing skill and
the Flatpak README follow.

The Flatpak manifest keeps rename-appdata-file because it still builds
the v1.8.1 tag, which installs the old name; ci-manifest.sh strips the
line for the tree build, where the file is already named correctly. Drop
it from the manifest with the first 2.0 tag.

build-appimage.sh validates the renamed file; appimagetool itself only
looks for <desktop file name>.appdata.xml, so its own check stays off.
