fix(stepper): a recursive def's own name is bound, not free (#469) (#470)

freeNames()'s FunctionDeclaration case removed a def's params and any
name its own body reassigns, but never the def's own name. Since
contractCall re-substitutes a recursive closure for its own name on
every call (not just once at declaration), that spuriously "free" name
rides along inside the returned closure value. When later substituted
through an unrelated, differently-scoped function that happens to have
a local def of the same name, avoidCapture "protected" that unrelated
binding from a collision that was never real, alpha-renaming its call
sites but not its own def line — leaving a call to a name that was
never declared (NameError: name 'x_1' is not defined).
