Make integration suite internet-free with WebMock; add real-world WSDL fixtures

The integration suite previously required internet access: the number-conversion spec fetched a live WSDL and made live SOAP calls, and the suite never ran in CI.

WebMock now stubs all external requests (localhost stays allowed) and the WSDL and SOAP responses are captured as fixtures, so rake spec:integration runs hermetically in about two seconds. A new CI job runs the suite on Ruby 3.4.

Also adds a corpus of real-world WSDL fixtures with regression specs: Marketo, Juniper (#879), Bing Ads v13 (#895), ExactTarget (#439), Workday HR, NetSuite, and the Salesforce partner WSDL.
