Trim multipart preamble before logging XML messages

`Savon::LogMessage#to_s` returned multipart messages (e.g. MTOM responses) unfiltered and unformatted: the XML check only matched messages starting with `<`, so a MIME preamble meant the raw message was logged as-is.

Locate the first `<` anywhere in the message and parse from there, so filters and pretty-printing apply to the XML payload.

Reimplements mameier/savon@`0aa4f56e` as a fresh commit off current main.
