stamp statusChangedAt on every status set, idle included

statusChangedAt was cleared on idle and omitted from idle tree nodes, so a script could not tell
when the status was last set on an idle session. Every accepted set now stamps it, and tree reports
it whenever it exists. A session that never had a status, or was restored, still reads nil.
