fix false leak report in the ssh descriptor inheritance test

the fake ssh is a /bin/sh script, and during its probe the shell itself holds fd 10 (saved stdout for
the redirect) and fd 255 (the script). When the stray pipe end was allocated fd 10, the probe saw the
shell's own descriptor and reported a leak, failing CI intermittently. The test now duplicates the
stray end to a descriptor at least 11, rejects 255, then probes it.
