Extract ProcessOutputPanel from MainWindow (#1789)

* Extract ProcessOutputPanel from MainWindow

~245 lines and seven members of MainWindow dealt with the dockable
"Process Output" console — building it, numbering and trimming lines,
the 1000-line cap, the auto-scroll hysteresis, the process-name and
sensitivity tables — none of it touching the tree, the model or Pass, and
none of it testable without a gpg-backed MainWindow.

ProcessOutputPanel is a QDockWidget owning all of that; MainWindow keeps
a pointer, decides when to feed it (showProcessOutput) and when to show
it. Object names are unchanged so saved dock state and the existing
MainWindow tests still apply. New tst_processoutputpanel covers the
behaviour (11 cases). One fix on the way: rich text collapsed the leading
spaces the trimming code preserved; white-space: pre keeps them.
