Test that the public API accepts any uniform_random_bit_generator (#55)

recover_configurations and subsample_multiple_batches are templated on
the RNG type and only ever drive std:: distributions, so they should work
with any std::uniform_random_bit_generator, not just std::mt19937.  Add a
test that instantiates both entry points over a deliberately diverse set
of generators -- both result_type widths, the three base engine families
(linear-congruential, Mersenne twister, subtract-with-carry), an adaptor
engine (knuth_b), a hand-rolled minimal generator that models nothing
beyond the concept, and, on C++26, the counter-based std::philox_engine.

Each case also pins determinism: the same engine with the same seed
reproduces the same result.  This locks in the generic RNG contract that
future work (keyed substreams for shared-memory parallelism) will build
on, and confirms the C++26 counter-based engine is a drop-in today.

The single generator list is applied to each entry point via
TEST_CASE_TEMPLATE_DEFINE / _INVOKE, so std::philox_engine is folded into
the same list on C++26 without a separate test body.

Also note the uniform_random_bit_generator compatibility (including
std::philox_engine) as a feature in the README.
