Close the sidebar gap between the disclosure triangle and the row icon

macOS 27 reserves a wider leading strip for the disclosure triangle than it draws: the level-0
triangle ends at 14pt but AppKit starts the cell at 26, so the row icon sits stranded mid-gap
while the triangle keeps a 2pt inset on its other side. Earlier versions laid the row out at the
narrower offset.

SidebarOutlineView.frameOfCell trims the surplus so content starts where the triangle ends. The
trim is computed from the frame AppKit returns rather than fixed, so a release that already lays
out that tightly keeps its own geometry, and it is gated on macOS 27 because the earlier layout
cannot be tested here. frameOfOutlineCell is untouched: the triangle keeps its place and
handleSingleClick reads that frame to keep a row click from double-toggling expansion.

SidebarRowIndentTests measures a real outline configured like makeNSView, with a stock NSOutlineView
as the oracle for what the override must leave alone. It splits by version: the tight-gap cases run
on 27 and up, the indent and trailing-edge cases everywhere, and the plain-outline comparison only
below the gate, where it pins earlier layouts as unchanged.
