fix: never send a blank message to the API

A throwable with an empty getMessage() produced "message": "" in the payload,
which the API rejects with 422 (NotBlank). HttpWriter then threw on the non-201
response, so the record was lost and the write blew back into the calling
application - in a Messenger worker that replaced the original exception and the
real error was never recorded at all.

Fall back to the throwable class name, which always identifies the error, and to
a generic marker for logRecord() where no throwable is available. Non-blank
messages are unchanged.
