Console: added writeRaw() for data and a color to write()

Stripping the escape sequences of a text with colors off is right for what a
person reads and wrong for everything else, so an application that also writes
the content of a file or a machine-readable format had to reach for the stream
behind the console and carry both. writeRaw() writes the bytes as they are and
only erases the status, so one console is the whole destination again.

write() and writeLine() take the color of the whole text, which is what a line
of one color always meant: writeLine($text, 'red') instead of
writeLine($console->color('red', $text)). A line of several colors is still
composed of color() calls.
