Commit Message

tests: check request accounting in a synctest bubble

TestConnection_requestCnt_balancedWhenReconnectCompletesRequest waits for every request to reach the request list by polling, and then sleeps to let the sender park on the rate limit before the next one starts. Run the same check in a synctest bubble, where synctest.Wait() returns only once the sender is durably blocked.

- Replace the polling and the sleeps with synctest.Wait(), which makes the setup deterministic.
- Close the connection on every exit path, so that a failed assertion does not leave the parked senders blocked when the bubble ends.
- Keep the original test, because testing/synctest needs Go 1.25 and the minimal supported version is 1.24.
