tests: check the reader race in a synctest bubble

TestConn_reader_race_on_reconnect relies on a real-time window: the writer fails its Flush() after 2 ms while the previous reader is still draining its data. Run the same check on the fake clock of a synctest bubble.

- Park every reader after a fixed number of reads, so that the bubble idles and the Flush() timer fires while the reader still has data to drain.
- Keep the original test, because testing/synctest needs Go 1.25 and the minimal supported version is 1.24.
