Allow pinning the speedtest server via config

Adds an optional serverID config field (0 = automatic selection,
unchanged default behavior), passed through to speedtest-go's
FindServer in the go-native implementation. Server selection is
extracted into a pickServer helper so it can be unit tested without
running a full speedtest. Logs a warning if the pinned ID isn't found
in the fetched server list, since FindServer silently falls back to
automatic selection in that case.
