project: ban four verbs and tighten the prose rules

The prose rules gain four banned verbs, one scope exemption, and three
Specificity entries. The prose-lint greps follow.

`bake`, `null`, `own`, and `project` join the verb table. `display` is
the replacement for `project` in nearly every position. The noun forms
of all four fall under the existing exemption for a noun or adjective
of the same spelling, and the noun `project` appears in nearly every
file here. Two further exemptions are written out for an auditor to
cite. `nullify` is valid, and the geometric sense of `project` is valid
for mapping a point or a shape onto a surface or an axis.

Text shown to a non-developer end user is now exempt. Website copy and
application UI text are covered. Command-line text is not exempt. Help
strings, usage output, command results, and error messages at a
terminal follow every rule.

The `, which`, `, so`, and `, since` fixes change from splitting the
sentence to deleting the clause. A reader derives an obvious
consequence, restatement, or justification without it. A split remains
the fix where the clause adds a fact a reader cannot derive.

Specificity gains three entries. Write plainly and prefer the plain
word to the ornamental one. Prefer `user` to `actor` for the person who
performed an action. Delete a word, clause, or sentence adding no fact
a reader cannot already derive.

The prose-lint skill takes the matching greps. The banned verb pass
adds the four new verbs, with `nulled` and `nulling` written as a group
to avoid a dictionary entry for a banned form. Two new greps cover the
ornamental words and the throat-clearing openers. The detection
preamble records that the noun `project` accounts for most hits on that
word.

No existing prose needs an edit. A grep for `projected` and
`projecting` over the repository returns only the new grep line itself.
